A treasure found in a flea market is transformed into a series of digital composites made from the ephemera found in a scrapbook that was kept from 1925-29.

Photographs shot in the alley of Music Row in Nashville, 2007. I was interested in found juxtaposition, decay, abstraction, and randomness.

For a couple of summers I chased the sun around the yard all afternoon making 22x30 inch cyanotype photograms. Sometimes the cats would bat things around, the wind would blow, and people would stop to chat.
